Conscious Connected Breathwork at Soft Soul Studio

Conscious connected breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that involves deep, circular breathing, giving access to heightened states of awareness for relaxation, self-exploration and healing.

During this 2 hour workshop we'll warm up with some gentle breathing practices and a grounding meditation then go into the main breathing practice. Using elements from a shamanic lineage of breathwork, we'll go deep within the practice to unlock anything the body has been holding on to and gently let go of it. The power of breath can enhance your physical and mental health, boost your immunity and cardiovascular strength, and bring states of deep relaxation and calm. We'll end with a gentle sharing circle if anyone would like to share their experiences and connect with others.

What to bring/wear: clothes that are loose fitting and comfortable, bring a journal & pen, a water bottle, and an eye mask. Mats, blankets, bolsters and tea at the end will be provided. Try not to eat a big, heavy meal up to one hour before the session begins.

Soft Soul Studio is a private studio  opened in June 2023, and is the brainchild of Natalia (The Lunar Witch) -  a queer tattoo artist who wanted to create an inclusive and safe space  which celebrates all bodies. The studio is accessible, fully vegan, eco conscious, and a trauma informed healing space that offers more than just tattoos.
